We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function. In this role, you will manage workflows for designers, ensure clear scope definition, and align priorities with Product, and Development teams.
You will act as the central point of coordination, translating product requirements into clear, actionable briefs, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly structured, and experienced in working with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams on AI‑driven software products or digital wallet solutions.
Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end‑to‑end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
- Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
- Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives
Cross‑Functional Alignment
