Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for FB.This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). Your goal is to make each guest's stay unforgettable.What you'll be doingWelcome guests and promptly attend to tablesServe food and beverages, making recommendations as neededAssist guests with menu questions and special requestsRecord transactions accurately in the MICROS systemCheck guest satisfaction and ensure quality serviceClean tables, complete closing duties, and restock suppliesCommunicate with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies, and special requestsFollow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanlinessInspect china, glass, and silverware for presentation and cleanlinessAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelinesWhat we are looking forLegal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time (40 hours/week)Fluent in English and ItalianUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityPositive, outgoing personality with great communication skillsExperience in fine dining is an advantageKnowledge of Micros is preferredThis role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance.
