We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipQualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs. /p /li lipPrepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution. /p /li lipFollow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales. /p /li lipNegotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority. /p /li lipUsage of CRM process and maintain accurate and complete records. /p /li lipEnsure that purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures. /p /li lipAnswer customer questions and provide advice on technical solutions and benefits; Attend customer meetings as required. /p /li lipCommunicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc. /p /li lipEnsure activities are carried out in line with agreed departmental KPIs. /p /li lipAttend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released. /p /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
