That's the mission driving Principled Intelligence, a Rome-based AI research and product company building governance infrastructure for enterprise AI. Our flagship products help organizations enforce AI boundaries, detect policy violations, and reduce compliance risk — in real time, at scale, across multiple languages. You'll work directly with the Director of Go-To-Market and the Founders to build our commercial engine and grow our presence in the European AI governance market. Prospecting & OutboundIdentify and qualify target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platformsBuild and maintain lists of target companies, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholdersOwn outbound sequences — research, personalization, follow-up — across LinkedIn and email to generate qualified meetings Sales EnablementSupport preparation for prospect meetings and discovery calls: research, briefing documents, pitch materials, and follow-up actionsHelp create and refine commercial pitch decks, one-pagers, and messaging for different customer segments Content & Thought LeadershipProduce high-quality content (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, short papers) focused on AI governance, AI risk, and complianceUse content strategically to generate inbound leads and position Principled Intelligence as an authority in AI governance Market Research & StrategyConduct research to identify potential customers, strategic partners, and relevant industry segmentsAnalyze target markets, regulatory environments, and competitive positioning in the AI governance ecosystemSupport the team in defining outreach strategies and prioritizing target accounts GTM OperationsHelp set up and optimize tools for outreach, lead tracking, and CRM managementMaintain accurate pipeline records and contribute to rapid iteration typical of early-stage startups --- Ideal profile1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or GTM — ideally in tech or SaaSFluent in English and Italian (other European languages are a plus)Excellent writing skills and can craft clear, compelling messages for technical and compliance audiencesAI-enabled professional who leverages tools like Claude to multiply your productivity and autonomyAnalytical mindset and can conduct structured market and company researchEntrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership end-to-end in a fast-moving environmentGenuinely care about GenAI control and governance and want to work on a problem that matters --- We offerCompetitive salary + potential equity upside as an early team memberHybrid work in the beautiful city of RomeDirect mentorship from foundersA clear path to grow into a senior BizDev or Account Executive role as the company scalesA rare chance to shape commercial strategy from the ground up at a research-backed startup --- If you're looking for a role where your work directly shapes both commercial outcomes and the future of trustworthy AI, we'd love to hear from you.
