CK Funded is looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable, and target-driven Business Development Manager based in Nepal to lead our expansion efforts in South Asia. This role demands someone with strong academic foundations , international exposure , and hands‑on experience in the trading industry .
As a BDM, you will identify growth opportunities, drive new partnerships, and support the acquisition of traders and affiliates. You'll act as a key market representative, helping CK Funded connect with Nepalese traders and trading communities with clarity, strategy, and impact.
Design and implement business development strategies to grow CK Funded user base in Nepal and the region
Build and manage relationships with traders, prop firm communities, influencers, academies, and affiliates
Onboard institutional and individual partners, and support them to meet performance targets
Organize or support digital campaigns, webinars, and events tailored to the Nepalese market
Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to align strategy and execution
Track key performance metrics and provide market insights and reports to management
Act as a trusted representative of CK Funded in all partnerships, ensuring brand alignment
Help localize offers, messaging, and campaigns to match Nepalese market behaviour
Stay ahead of industry trends in prop trading, forex, and fintech adoption in Nepal
Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field (internationally recognized degrees are a strong plus)
Professional fluency in English and Nepali
Familiar with CRM platforms, digital outreach tools, and pipeline management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Certification in finance, sales, or trading is a bonus
Demonstrated leadership and professional discipline in high‑performance environments
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy
Required background in the prop firm, forex, trading platform, or fintech industry
Experience closing B2B and B2C deals and building long‑term commercial relationships
