Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for generating, revising and sending the final version of a technical and commercial accurate quotation to the customer based on its requirements. The offer shall be in accordance with the IMI-CCI Sales and Marketing Guideline and the subsequent costs delivery time baseline or agreed exceptions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConnect with Customers, Outside Sales (OS), internal/external suppliers. /li liReview customer specifications, Terms and Conditions (TCs) involve appropriate departments (e.g. Design Engineering, Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance, Project Management, Purchasing, Planning as well as internal and external resources) in order to release a precise and effective proposal. /li liSend RFQ to selected vendors (e.g. IMI-sister companies sub-suppliers). /li liCompare proposals from different suppliers and match the technical, commercial and delivery requirements. /li liRun Sales Force SFDC process. /li liCalculate the project net costs and maximize the sales Gross Margin (GM). /li liReview the customer purchase order against our latest offer and resolve potential deviations. /li liCompile the completed Customer Order Review Board Package (CORB-Package) provide it to the Manager. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li10+ years experience in system integration and 5 years in HIPPS application, as Proposal Manager Cost Estimator (ISE) is mandatorily required. /li liStrong mechanical technical background in system integration, gained in EPCs or Fabrication companies. /li liIndustrial automation experience would be a nice to have. /li liFluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). /li liAbility to work independently and autonomously. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. /li liAbility to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. /li liProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). /li liAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liInterest in working in an international environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
