Per azienda cliente leader nel settore PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), modernamente organizzata, caratterizzata da un ambiente giovane e stimolante, in cui si promuove l’equilibrio tra vita personale e professionale, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Application Consultant.
Responsibilities
La figura, a diretto riporto del Project Manager, si occuperà di:
* Configurazione e personalizzazione dei prodotti PLM offerti dall’azienda presso le aziende clienti.
* Supporto all’installazione dei software su server e macchine utente, inclusa configurazione e setup.
* Assistenza tecnica, risoluzione di problemi e supporto alle fasi di installazione, anche da remoto tramite VPN.
* Gestione di database relazionali (SQL Server, MySQL), con attività di creazione tabelle, query, join e ricerche avanzate.
* Affiancamento ai PM per analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e ottimizzare i flussi aziendali relativi alla gestione PLM.
* Partecipazione a progetti volti a migliorare i workflow aziendali e aumentare la sicurezza dei processi.
Your Profile
* Diploma o Laurea in ambito informatico o tecnico.
* Conoscenza di base dei database relazionali (preferibilmente SQL Server e/o MySQL).
* Preferibili capacità di utilizzo e configurazione di applicativi software su ambienti Microsoft, inclusa una conoscenza di base di Windows e Active Directory.
* Preferibile esperienza, anche minima, nell’installazione di software su ambienti server e client.
* Apertura mentale e predisposizione all’apprendimento delle logiche PLM. L’esperienza come utente di software CAD o come progettista meccanico è considerata un plus.
* Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
* Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
