MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
· Maintain and up-date as required departmental filing system
· Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken
· Serve food and beverage according to guest’s needs & expectations
· Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
· Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
· Respond promptly to guests and superiors’ requests
· Make sure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times
· Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
· Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations
· Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
