Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. Your attention to detail and professionalism will enhance guest satisfaction. What you’ll be doing Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly Serve food and beverages, making recommendations as needed Assist guests with menu questions and special requests Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system Check guest satisfaction during the meal Clean tables, complete closing duties, and restock supplies Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, allergies, and special requests Follow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards What we’re looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time (40 hours/week) Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive outlook, outgoing personality, and teamwork skills Experience in fine dining restaurants is an advantage Knowledge of Micros is preferred This role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
