The company also emphasizes social responsibility, achieving a 90 / 100 score on the Professional Gender Equality Index and contributing €298,000 worth of products to charities between 2022 and 2023. /ppHavea Italia is the italian subsidiary (26m€ Net Sales in 2024, 30 employee) is in charge of the distribution of 3 strategic brands (Dermovitamina, Bears with Benefits and Vitarmonyl). /ppbPosition Summary : /b /ppWe are looking for a National Key Account Manager with strong strategic and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of the FMCG and retail sectors, and the ability to lead marketing initiatives that drive both brand and category growth. /ppThe role will focus on overseeing the Modern Trade and Discount channels, managing both first- and second-level agreements. Key responsibilities include building and developing relationships with top retail customers, negotiating and managing second-level agreements to ensure the achievement of commercial targets, monitoring sales performance, and developing strategies to maximize both sell-in and sell-out. /ppbThe role : /b /pulliBe available for business travel within the national territory as required by the role /liliNegotiate national first-level agreements and ensure their proper implementation in terms of assortments, shelf space, and promotions /liliDevelop strong relationships with key clients in the Modern Trade and Discount channels /liliDefine, execute, and monitor commercial plans /liliBe responsible for implementing the guidelines agreed upon with Trade Marketing and for applying defined company policies /liliInteract with the Sales Network and functionally coordinate field commercial activities for assigned clients /liliMaintain regular communication with the Sell-Out team /liliAnalyze the market, sales performance, and other key indicators (market shelf share) /liliPrepare reports and forecasting /liliDevelop customer plans and monitor progress and results /liliAnalyze and identify development opportunities with potential new clients /liliDevelop effective strategies to maximize both sell-in and sell-out /liliAnalyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities /li /ulpbYour Profile : /b /pulli2- 3 years of experience in a similar role and / or in commercial roles such as Regional Key Account Manager, Local Account Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or Junior National Account Manager within FMCG companies /liliautonomy in managing complex second-level contracts or first-level contracts with major Modern Trade retailers /liliExcellent knowledge of the FMCG and Modern Trade market /liliStrong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities /liliEnergetic and highly motivated /liliStrong negotiation and interpersonal skills /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools /liliWillingness to travel frequently within the national territory /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken /liliKnowledge of French (written and spoken) is considered a plus /liliDegree in Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) /li /ulpbWhat We Offer /b /pulliA dynamic and fast-paced work environment. /liliHigh-visibility projects with real business impact. /liliThe opportunity to shape the brand and influence category strategy. /liliA competitive compensation package based on experience. /liliFast-growing FMCG company with ambitious market expansion plans and a focus on brand development. /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
