Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts assigned to the Energy vertical marketGuide and consult customers on emissions-related analytical topics, supporting them in compliance, optimization and sustainability initiatives by leveraging the Siemens portfolio of analytical solutionsIdentify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions, leveraging the full Siemens Digital Industries portfolio;Define and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer strategies, regulatory constraints and market evolutionDrive complex sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract closureMonitor market trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape and customer strategies to proactively identify new business opportunities ....
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting using CRM tools
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering or similar BackgroundsProven experience as an Account Manager in industrial automation, digitalization or complex B2B environments, with solid analytical competences related to emissions monitoring, emissions data interpretation and compliance with industrial and energy-related regulationsExperience in managing complex organizations and multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial mindset, negotiation skills and ability to build trusted relationshipsPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in Italy
