As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants – aside from providing the best support, we are restaurant consultants who use data‑driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants’ growth. The AM is focused on the relationship with the network in the Italian market, working with other internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group that works well together…and of course, they’re fun and great at building relationships! This role is based in Pisa and will report to the Regional Manager of the region. /p h3As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liManaging a portfolio of restaurant brands and building lasting relationships with the network. /li liMonitoring and analysing performance, sharing insights with partners and identifying opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction. /li liNegotiating contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partner mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition). /li liPlanning portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share. /li liControlling perimeter PL by identifying opportunities and risks. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. /li liPL knowledge and negotiation skills. /li liExperience creating long‑term relationships. /li liDemonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice. /li liExperience in the Horeca/restaurant/food market is a plus. /li liFluency in English is a plus. /li /ul h3Why Deliveroo /h3 pOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
