You will be the main technical partner for dealers, owning training, troubleshooting, and all dealer-facing technical support.Location: Central ItalyKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training for dealer service teams (telehandler systems, diagnostics, maintenance).Provide on-site/remote support to resolve complex technical issues and improve first-time fix rates.Implement service process improvements and drive dealer performance KPIs.Coordinate equipment upgrades/retrofits and manage dealer technical escalations.Requirements3+ years of experience in construction machinery service (telehandler experience preferred).Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Fluent Italian; working English for technical communication. xdwybme Valid driving license, willingness to travel frequently across Central Italy.
