The AIT Manager (AM) reports directly to the Program Manager and is responsible for managing AIT work packages, coordinating activities, monitoring documentation and hardware availability, participating in program reviews, and overseeing procurement and testing activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation, test application software, GSE, test equipment, and instrumentation are defined, produced, and maintained according to program requirements. The AIT Manager also prepares reports, schedules, and coordinates activities across disciplines, including launch campaigns and quotations.
About You
Education and Experience
* Master's degree in electronics, aerospace, or related engineering field.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in space environment management, with proven schedule, cost, quality, and personnel management skills.
Skills and Knowledge
* Proficiency with Windows-based software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
* Knowledge of MES / Primavera is an advantage.
* IPMA certification preferred.
* Understanding of Lean Methods.
