Ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and secure business by working closely with the Key Accounts and distributors in Technical Superstores Channel. /liliDevelop new business with prospective Key Accounts in Buying Groups Channel. /liliIncrease and improve the direct customer relationships and have a strong presence at all levels of the organization of key accounts. /liliDevelops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned Key Accounts that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. /liliPreparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts. /liliCoordination of the core marketing activities and monitoring the sell-through results. /liliManaging communications between key clients and internal teams. /liliDemonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliMaster/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors. /liliMinimum 7 years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances or IT industry, ideally with existing network in retail. /liliA proven background in managing the technical superstores (UniEuro, Mediaworld…), the buying groups (Euronics, Expert, Trony) and distributors. /liliKnowledge of complete sales cycle, from planning/forecasting to sell-in sell-out management. /liliProven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results against business plans. /liliStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts. /liliCapable to work in an international environment. /liliGreat adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization. /liliNative level Italian and fluency in English in written and verbal. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliThe opportunity to work independently in an experienced and highly motivated team. /liliAn exciting position in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment. /liliThe chance to develop and implement your own ideas. /liliCompetitive salary with attractive bonus scheme. /liliSubsidized gym membership or sports classes. /liliEmployee discount on ECOVACS robots. /li /ulh3Contact Us /h3pAre you as excited as we are about the future of robotic technology?
