STAFF DRIVER
We are seeking a reliable and professional Staff Driver to join the team at Tenuta Toscana, a prestigious residential and hospitality destination in the heart of Tuscany. The Staff Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees, members, and guests throughout the estate, ensuring timely and comfortable travel experiences. The role requires punctuality, a friendly and professional demeanor, effective logistics management to meet community needs, and a strong commitment to adhering to road regulations and safety standards.
A valid Italian driving license, category KB, is mandatory for this position.
Provide courteous, professional, and personalized transportation service primarily to staff, and when required also to members and guests
Maintain a respectful and discreet attitude in all interactions with staff, members, and guests
Collaborate closely with the operations and human resources teams to coordinate staff transport needs and any schedule changes
Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment or supplies when necessary to support estate operations or events
Respond promptly and flexibly to urgent or last-minute requests related to staff transportation
Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols concerning members, staff, and estate operations
Maintain a calm and composed demeanor even under pressure or challenging situations
Valid Italian driving license category KB (mandatory for passengers’ transport)
Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality or estate environments
Fluency in Italian with good conversational English to communicate effectively with international staff and members
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Full-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)
Ongoing training to enhance personal and professional development
