What You Will Do The primary objective of the Ecommerce Specialist role is to support the E-Commerce Manager and the pharma sales team in Italy, to help to deliver e-pharma revenue targets by driving increased e-commerce sales and customer partnerships on e-commerce platform. You will actively seek out new opportunities to develop sales growth and grow market share of our categories within our key customers in Italy. In addition, you will also develop and build the wider capability of the sales & marketing organization, working with the Cluster Team, and local E-commerce team. You will work with day to day in supply chain, finance and marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Directly support customer management with existing and potential new Customers. • Create joint business planning with customers, on an annual basis. • Data analysis & reporting; sharing updates on your customer performance, identifying opportunities/gaps and priorities. • Develop Kenvue's brand presence on customer store; content, brand stores, search, media, activation and promotion, CRM, ratings & reviews, sampling. • Work closely with cross-functional e-Commerce squad team; sales, marketing, finance, digital, brand marketing, R&D to drive opportunities and projects that are needed to drive sales growth for Italy. • Identify new potential customers and lead the launch of approved customers by working with supply chain, legal, finance, marketing, sales & leadership team. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Higher • 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce, specifically working at either B2C e-commerce retailer or managing e-commerce retailer account (preferably form E-pharma market) • Experience in direct customer relationship. • Knowledge of the e-commerce tools and wording (CR,SEO, Digital Marketing) • Ability to work in Italian (mother tongue) and English (fluent) Technical / Professional Skills • Ability to navigate well in ambiguity • Analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions • Well known of Office package and smart approach to new programs. • Record of making decisions and implementing change • Assessment of market landscape • Marketing, Capabilities or Activation experience preferred What's In It For You • Competitive Benefit Package • Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups • Fixed term contract Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
