Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin‐starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the roleWe currently have an amazing opportunity for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at San Domenico Palace Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel.What you will do Will be responsible for leading the Pastry and Bakery operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency across all outlets.Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including production planning, quality control, and hygiene standards.Monitor costs and productivity, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a pastry role with leadership responsibilities, preferably in luxury or high‐end hospitality environments.Strong creative skills with a passion for innovation and excellence in pastry and dessert presentation.Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.Fluent in both English and Italian, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
