Partnering closely with Operations and the Digital Technology Department, this role leads the implementation of a unified services blueprint, promotes the adoption of digital tools—including the new MES (Manufacturing Execution System) 4.0 Enterprise system under development—and applies lean principles to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
