Italy
and covering

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy:
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.Sales Targets:
Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.Market Monitoring:
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
What You BringExperience:
5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.Industry : Proven Sales track record in
Packaging papers, Aseptic Packaging, Foodservice Papers, Barrier Papers or Paper-based flexible packaging.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Italian.Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.Independent & Remote Work:
Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
