Job Description
As a Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Assembly Technologies, you will be part of our Sales Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) and will join a structured training path focused on developing both technical capabilities and cross-functional competencies (sales techniques, communication, customer management, problem-solving, etc.).
As part of this program, you will follow a blended training journey combining in-field learning in Italy with hands-on experience at our international plants and Headquarters.
You will be trained to:
* Help shape the future: Support sales strategy across Piemonte and Lombardia, working primarily with direct customers in Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG sectors, while also cooperating with indirect sales partners. You’ll contribute to expanding and managing the customer portfolio by analyzing market data and identifying new opportunities.
* Experience cooperation: Collaborate closely with the local Sales team, channel partners, and the Headquarters to align efforts, share best practices, and support the implementation of tailored solutions.
* Take on responsibility: Assist in sales negotiations, manage customer relationships, and support the sales cycle. Contribute to achieving sales targets and grow your commercial skills.
* Use creativity and develop: Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose assembly technology solutions. Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Education:
* University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* English proficiency at minimum B1 level .
