Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

He/she is committed to service excellence and professional growth.
He/She works closely with guests to discover their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Reports to the Front Office Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies and standards, maintaining high standards at all times.
* Handle cash accounting and guest bill payments.
* Communicate guest and group activities to relevant internal parties.
* Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints effectively.
* Ensure accurate processing of all communications and guest details.
* Run End of Day processes and complete daily accounting checks.
* Generate daily and monthly reports.
