THE ROLEWe are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our business across Northern, Central, and Western Europe.

You'll report into the Senior Commercial Director and manage the regional sales team with a focus on driving revenue, maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and oversee franchise development in the region.

This role is focused on execution, results, and keeping the sales engine running efficiently.

\n

WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and develop relationships with key retail and distribution partners across Northern, Central, and Western Europe in accordance with company goals and objectivesIdentify and pursue new distribution opportunities within the region by expanding the company's presence through new strategic partnerships and channels (wholesale and franchises)Utilize sell-through analysis and market performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize assortments, and improve partner profitabilityDevelop joint business plans with strategic accounts to maximize revenue, market share, and brand visibilityAct as the primary commercial point of contact for major accounts, ensuring long-term partnership developmentManage and develop the sales resources within the territory, ensuring clear objectives, performance monitoring, and professional developmentWork closely with product, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure the product assortment aligns with regional demandProvide market feedback and insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives

WHO YOU AREProven experience in senior sales or key account leadership roles within Northern, Central xlwpduy and Western EuropeStrong expertise in key account management and data-driven sell-through analysis and proven relationship buildProven relationships with key accounts in the territoryExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international organizationStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategiesExperience managing teams or regional sales resourcesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English; French or German are an advantage
