We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Sales & Bid to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation area.

Your Challenge
As Finance Business Partner for Sales & Bid your mission will be to manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition.
Cooperate with Bid & proposal office, sales office and contract manager to prepare comprehensive, on-time, competitive offers.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer requests, tender documents, deriving bidding strategies, and conducting contract negotiations until the contract is signed.
Manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition: contract analysis, cost calculation, cashflow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, credit rating etc.
Elaborate and present offers and complex issues transparently to executive management.
Prepare LOA (Limit of Authority) documentation and meetings and provide regular reporting on bid status.
Negotiate T&Cs with customers and business partners and other external and internal stakeholders respecting the frame of LoA (limits of authority).
Perform Sales data analysis for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets, etc.
Provide timely & qualitative information about bid projects and sales activities to maintain transparency in business activities to enable the management to take the appropriate, timely, and corrective actions.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
Education background in finance or any equivalent
Proven experience of in a similar commercial/finance role within a project-driven environment
Knowledge of controlling & reporting in sales & bid phase as well as commercial sales & bid-related tools.
You are a great teammate and business oriented.
Highly self-motivated, capable of handling rapid changes in a growing business.

Proficiency in English and Italian
