Position : What you will do Based in-territory you will be promoting our unique home elevators and growing sales across Italy, managing and developing commercial relationships with our dealers selling to end customers. Ensuring our authorized dealers are trained and aligned with our unique direct / dealer hybrid model of selling to end consumers. In addition, supporting their traditional dealer to consumer sales. Maintaining an ongoing balance of managing existing dealers, identifying new dealers in uncovered areas. Collaborating with our Marketing team to ensure our dealers are supported with the right tools and promotional media. Working cross-functionally with other Stiltz teams, ensuring delivery of industry leading service levels to our customers. Maintaining close contact with the UK based export sales team. Requirements : What you will need to succeed Outstanding communications skills. You'll need to convey the benefits of our products and sales approach with sincerity and enthusiasm as well as be a highly effective sales trainer. Able to analyse and utilize data to make the best decisions for your territory, primarily dealer conversion rates through the sales funnel. You must also be able to effectively communicate the data in a meaningful way to your dealers. Confident in holding customers to account in terms of how they represent the Stiltz brand and follow up on the sales leads we provide. Able to add value to the relationship on every sales call. Exceptional people skills, not only by having great listening ability, but you show genuine empathy and curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with. Ability to make decisions independently. Stiltz operate an empowering culture and do not micro-manage but always offer full support when needed. Knowledge of elevators or lift products is welcomed but not essential. Aptitude, passion and a true desire for helping our dealers improve lives with our products is key! Flexibility - you will spend approximately 50-65% of your time travelling with the remainder home based. Other information : The role of Dealer / Regional Sales Manager is to be based in Italy, ideally Northern or Central regions - Rome, Florence, Pisa.
