Job Overview Kellanova is looking for an Away From Home Sales Account Executive to help shape sustainable growth across Italy’s Away from Home (AFH) channels in a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid working 12-month fixed term contract role.

Working with the Italy sales team, you will define and deliver the customer plan that drives profitable, sustainable growth in line with Kellanova’s commercial strategy. You can be based anywhere in Italy, with connection points that keep collaboration strong and decisions fast. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the annual account plan : You will develop and implement the yearly plan for your assigned customers—setting clear priorities, aligning targets, and translating strategy into an executable roadmap that lands in‑market.
- Grow distribution and value share : Maximizing distribution for Kellanova’s assortment and elevate shelf presence, using commercial storytelling and in‑store fundamentals to expand value share across categories.
- Lead promotions and forecasting discipline : Driving promotion planning with a sharp eye on return on investment, and you will provide monthly sales forecasts that support production planning and keep supply aligned to customer demand.
- Win through cross‑functional teamwork : You will partner closely with Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Activation, Customer Service and other internal teams.
