Proactivity and Reliability, Kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2 B scale-ups then Biz Away is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiasticSales Executive(m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team.Your role in Biz AwayFULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.Research and prospect for new clients in Italy.Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualificationsYou have a native level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken).You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‐performer SDR."No excu
