TXT Group is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join its Aerospace & Aviation Business Unit.
The selected candidate may already have experience in the role or be interested in gaining expertise in software qualification, verification, and validation activities. We are looking for a motivated individual eager to grow professionally, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will receive training and guidance to acquire the necessary skills to operate in software qualification processes aimed at ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements of international programs such as EFA, C-27J, and EuroMALE, according to the relevant standards.
In particular, the role will involve:
Assessing and verifying that software lifecycle processes comply with the requirements and plans established within the EFA Program, through the analysis of:
Software plans (e.g., Software Development Plan);
Development documentation (e.g., SRD, Software Design, test procedures);
Verification evidence (e.g., Software Test Report, Review Report);
Configuration documentation, Software Problem Reports, and Software Change Requests.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Information Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics;
Interest in and/or prior experience with software quality activities (qualification, verification, validation);
Good command of the English language;
Teamwork ability, precision, and proactive attitude.
