Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme). Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products. Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer opportunities, and report weekly on sales progress. Analyze customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches. Focus on product/channel/customer margins and ensure accurate forecasting to meet budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven sales/business development experience in a demanding environment. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals. Market knowledge in electronic security, IT, and networking sectors. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence. Independent thinker with good judgment and team-oriented attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills to interact at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license. Location: This role is field-based, requiring extensive travel within South Italy. Ideally, the candidate will reside in or near Milan or the South region, with frequent travel to assigned areas and occasional international travel. J-18808-Ljbffr
