Bikeflip is looking for a motivated IT Product Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and development, ensuring that technical projects are clearly scoped, well executed, and delivered with high quality. This is a hybrid position, with a strong preference for candidates who can be present in Rovereto, Italy.
Tasks
* Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team
* Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements
* Write and manage tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Define project scope, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with internal teams
* Coordinate and follow up on project progress, ensuring timely delivery
* Test implementations and validate that requirements are correctly met
* Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions
* Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
* Solid technical understanding, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers
* Experience writing tickets, scoping requirements, and validating implementations in tools like Linear, Trello, Jira and similar
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Very good English is required (working language)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
