PpFor an International Entrateinment Company we are looking for a results-driven and strategic Tourism Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial activities within the tourism and hospitality sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for activating and managing key partnerships, developing corporate and B2B relationships, and executing the commercial plan to achieve growth targets and maximize ROI. /p h3PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage relationships with partner hotels and tourism service providers /li liHandle all aspects of contractual negotiation and administration with suppliers and commercial partners /li liActivate and manage B2B partnerships in both the Leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments /li liInitiate and grow contacts in the corporate sector to expand the commercial network /li /ul h3Commercial Strategy Execution /h3 ul liLead the implementation of the company’s annual commercial and sales strategy /li liEnsure proper alignment between operational execution and sales objectives /li liSupport the development and delivery of key commercial initiatives and promotions /li /ul h3Monitoring Reporting /h3 ul liMonitor the performance of sales activities, tracking KPIs such as revenue, costs, and ROI /li liProvide regular reports on inbound and outbound commercial actions to management /li liAnalyze performance data to assess and optimize the potential of partnerships and revenue streams /li /ul h3You’ll be a great fit if you have /h3 ul liProven experience in a similar role, ideally as a Sales Manager in the hotellerie industry, tourism, or tour operator sector /li liStrong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes within the tourism industry /li liExperience with both B2B leisure and MICE segments is highly preferred /li liExcellent understanding of the tourism value chain and partnership dynamics /li liA goal-oriented mindset with strong skills in planning and prioritization /li liExcellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities /li liStrong analytical thinking, particularly in evaluating relationship potential and revenue generation /li liHigh level of involvement in both strategic and day-to-day commercial and operational activities /li liTeam player mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
