Drive business growth in new and higher-value markets and segments within a dedicated market areaAct as the main point of contact for Key and Strategic Accounts in Europe within the assigned business scopeLead and manage new business sales inquiries related to the specific market segmentCoordinate sales activities with Area Sales Managers across Europe to ensure alignment and scalabilityCollaborate closely with Product Management to ensure strategic fit and long-term business developmentManage pricing inquiries in line with Product Management strategyWork with R&D and Technical teams to improve product performance based on market needs, customer feedback, and competitive activityPartner with Product Management and Marketing teams to identify and support events, tradeshows, and marketing initiatives that foster growth and market visibility
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in market development and building strong relationships with brand ownersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externallyStrong strategic mindset, with the ability to move beyond transactional selling and position solutions as value-driven offerings for high-potential segmentsFluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, etc.) are a plusA dynamic, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, international environmentsSolid market intelligence capabilities, including the ability to identify early signals in competitor activity or evolving regulationsWillingness to travel
