Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us. /p h3Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success /h3 pWe are looking for a Sustainability Product Manager to join our office in Milan (IT). /p h3Reporting Directly To The Product Management Director, You Will /h3 ul liScout the market to capture emerging Sustainability trends, initiatives and regulations, benchmarking them against internal and industry practices /li liDrive the Sustainability Roadmap across all Transmission products (HVDC, submarine HVAC, submarine Telecom, Installation services) /li liEnsure sustainability proposition is implemented and spread across the whole product portfolio to meet market requirements /li liPromote Sustainable solutions during the pre-ITT/FEED stages and develop the way to market of Prysmian Sustainability initiatives, in collaboration with the other Product Managers /li /ul h3You Will Oversee /h3 ul liIncluding sustainable developments across all Transmission technology roadmaps (HVDC, submarine HVAC, submarine Telecom, Installation services), aiming to reduce the renewables “green-premium” costs and searching for solutions with high impact on avoided emissions /li liMonitoring the market, gathering Data, performing Competitive Analysis and benchmarking among sustainability performance (carbon, social and biodiversity) /li liEngaging with Customers during pre-ITT/FEED stages to present the Company sustainability offering /li liPreparing techno-economical analysis for different sustainability solutions /li liRepresenting Prysmian and BU Transmission in cable associations driving sector/industry position towards EU-sustainability emerging law implementation /li liGuiding internal Stakeholders in identifying RD sustainability projects aligned to the Company strategy /li liProviding product pricing information to Sales Managers /li liConveying relevant market data competitive analysis to the whole Organization /li /ul h3You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are /h3 ul liFluent in English, written and spoken /li li3 years of experience in sustainability management, environmental consulting, or a related field. Appreciated experience in running sustainability audits. /li liBachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Engineering or related disciplines.
