You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital portfolio is aligned to organizational priorities, resources are optimally allocated and initiatives deliver measurable value.Responsibilities
Maintain a comprehensive view of current products and services, as well as the planned digital initiatives landscapeSupport leadership in prioritizing digital investments by evaluating value, risk, capacity and strategic alignmentCreate and manage a dynamic portfolio roadmap that aligns with organizational goalsTrack and report on portfolio-level and initiative-level KPIs, health metrics and financials, synthesizing insightsImplement and enforce portfolio governance processes to ensure initiative transparency, accountability and consistencyLead intake and assessment process for new digital initiatives, working closely with other business stakeholders and engineering product managersAct as a liaison between engineering product managers, finance, and sales to align priorities and timing
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related fieldsHave proven experience in digital portfolio management, product management, or enterprise-level project oversightHave a deep understanding of digital development processes, product lifecycle management, and agile or hybrid delivery modelsHave excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBe fluent in EnglishHave a good understanding of turbomachinery operations and asset management principlesHave experience with road-mapping, portfolio, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Aha!)Have experience in M&A; or partnerships creation and management
