At PNO Italy, our Strategic Innovation Services (SIS) are a cornerstone of our growth strategy. We are seeking a brilliant Business Developer with a strong sales focus to drive the expansion of our SIS portfolio. This role is perfect for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional who can sell technology-driven consulting solutions to clients in Europe. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and the position can be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Italy. What are you going to do? As our Business Developer for SIS, you will spearhead the identification and acquisition of high-value clients in corporate innovation and technology-driven industries. You will leverage digital tools and AI-powered insights to present our market research, technology intelligence, stakeholder analysis, and open innovation scouting services. Your goal is to sell our SIS and build lasting partnerships by effectively communicating our value propositions and converting leads into contracts. Identify and secure new clients, focusing on high-value opportunities in technology and research-driven sectors. Sell SIS services by showcasing how our digital insights and methodologies address key business challenges. Develop and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement. Leverage digital tools and automation to optimize lead generation, client engagement, and sales processes. Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships. About you 6-10 years of experience in sales, ideally in the strategic and/or innovation consultancy sector, Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience securing contracts and driving revenue growth. In-depth understanding of digital consulting tools (e.g., AI-powered insights, predictive analytics, and automation platforms) in a Consultant 3.0 environment.
