About You As the Category Manager within the Go to Market Team, Consumer, you will be responsible for building relationships with key retailers and influencing them to implement category initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to ensure alignment of recommendations to drive profitable growth for both the retailer and Kimberly-Clark. The role reports directly to the Go to Market Leader Italy and is an individual contributor (no direct reports). Your Key Accountabilities Developing and deploying category commercial annual plan by channel / customer to grow share of market Preparing and tracking requirements of distribution, pricing & promotion, shelving and merchandising Leading Revenue Management diagnostic processes (Category diagnostic, Pricing & Portfolio, Distribution & Mix, Trade Promotions, Trade terms) and providing strategic recommendation to the Leadership Team Partnering with commercial and marketing departments in the areas of business information, category management, channel visibility materials and trade presentations Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Kimberly Clark sales partners, partnering on category management projects What We Need From You Significant Category / Trade Marketing / Sales experience, ideally in an international FMCG Company Strong analytical and presentation skills Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Solid understanding retail businesses useful but not essential Excellent communication skills in English and Italian We Offer Please submit your CV in English as it will be considered by English speakers.
