That’s where you come in. /p h3Your opportunity /h3 pAs Product Manager for Security User Management, in the Merchant Experience Domain, you’ll own and evolve Mollie’s identity and access management (IAM) platform - the foundation for how users, roles, and permissions work across all Mollie products. /p pYou’ll build the systems that allow companies to operate safely and efficiently within Mollie - from managing user access to sensitive data, to enabling admins with full oversight and control. /p pYou will design and deliver a flexible, secure, and delightful multi-user management experience that scales with our customers’ needs - from small businesses to complex team-based organizations. /p pYou’ll partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, and other product teams to define how authentication, authorization, and entitlements work at Mollie. You’ll balance usability and security, ensuring both peace of mind and a seamless experience. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liTalk to customers and steer and ship products based on insights. /li liLead an entrepreneurial cross-functional team with a strong focus in Engineering, bringing structure and planning. /li liDefine and own the product vision and roadmap for Security User Management, including roles, permissions, authentication, and entitlements. /li liBuild a modern IAM foundation that supports both current and future Mollie products. /li liDrive development of multi-user capabilities - empowering admins to manage teams, access, and permissions effortlessly. /li liPartner with engineers and designers to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance control with simplicity. /li liPrototype and validate user experiences to ensure solutions truly meet customer needs. /li liCollaborate with compliance, risk, and data privacy teams to ensure regulatory alignment and security best practices. /li liPartner with other product teams to ensure a consistent and secure identity model across Mollie’s ecosystem. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liExperience as a Product Manager working on products with multiple users, roles, and permissions. /li liA strong product sense and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences. /li liExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, operations, compliance, and support. /li liAbility to prototype user experiences to explore and communicate product ideas effectively. /li liUnderstanding of authentication, authorization, and access control concepts. Experience with OAuth or SSO is a plus. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable driving clarity across teams. /li liA passion for creating products that are as secure as they are easy to use. /li /ul pPlease apply with your CV in English.
