Director level, M&A and Corporate Development, Global Tech Business, Milan
We are now working with an incredibly successful, well known technology business based in Milan. They have built an incredibly strong reputation in their sector.
They are now looking to add a Director level professional to their team who will work on the origination and execution of M&A mandates for the firm as principal. The business has ambitious growth plans.
On a day to day basis, you will identify and target potential acquisitions for the firm; conduct due diligence; work on full deal execution; project manage the transaction and liaise with advisors; work on the integration of the target into the business.
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
* Background in corporate development, private equity, investing or investment banking
* Excellent deal sheet
* Strong background in technology or software M&A
* Currently working at the Director level +
* Happy to work in Milan
