Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop a specialist line of business through MSP and channel partners across Europe, owning vendor growth and complex pipeline initiatives. You will nurture strategic accounts, drive profitability, and craft executive-level value propositions. You will negotiate terms and align vendor plans with corporate objectives, collaborating with Sales, FSE, and Marketing. You will forecast accurately and build strong cross-functional relationships to enable Europe MSP growth.

* Manage and grow strategic MSP and channel accounts across Europe
* Increase vendor share of wallet and profitability
* Lead complex deal engagement and pipeline development
* Develop and execute vendor business plans aligned to corporate objectives
* Create C-level value propositions and support executive decision-making
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates, and agreements
* Provide input into sales, pricing, purchasing, and market propositions
* Collaborate with Sales, FSE, and Marketing teams
* Maintain accurate forecasting and operational cadence
* Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Responsabilità
* 10+ years in IT industry (channel and/or vendor)
* Business development, sales, or product marketing background
* Proven experience in services and solutions selling
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic planning and business case development
* Experience within matrix and multinational organizations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
