KMD, Master Dealer SKY, is seeking to hire 3 District Managers to exclusively develop and manage SKY operations in the regions of Calabria, Campania, and Puglia.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Ensuring continuous monitoring of the commercial objectives for the assigned area.
* Maintaining an adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying suitable development actions.
* Supporting and motivating sales points within their area to promote offered services.
* Providing feedback on qualitative and quantitative elements to aid the development of assigned sales points.
* Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable points of sale for the services offered by the operators.
The ideal candidates will have:
* Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector.
* Strong goal-oriented attitude.
* Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
* Leadership skills and team guidance capabilities.
* Knowledge of various B2B channels.
