Responsibilities include:
1. Promoting GT shareholders in the Italian/European market.
2. Creating, developing, and promoting GT social media activities (e.g., LinkedIn).
3. Working with the Italian external communication agency on media relations.
4. Distributing marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, seminar materials, and client updates.
5. Supporting programs and events, including logistics and marketing materials.
6. Organizing media relations initiatives like press releases and social media activities.
7. Drafting brochures, RFPs, and league table submissions (e.g., Chambers & Partners).
8. Implementing branding messaging internally and externally.
9. Preparing graphics drafts or coordinating with the GT team.
10. Assisting in organizing events with the BD Manager.
Additional focus areas include:
1. Supporting brand promotion and market opportunities.
2. Supporting business development activities like creating client documents and updating activity reports.
3. Collaborating on internal communication and data management.
4. Working on other projects and supporting network colleagues.
Minimum requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. High proficiency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of Windows and Adobe PDF; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
5. Willingness to work overtime if needed.
