This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the life sciences sector. /ppstronguCore activities: /u /strong /ppstrongDistributor and Dealer Management: /strong /pulliDevelop and manage relationships with existing distributors while identifying new distributor partners in (North) Germanand Polishmarkets. /liliTrain, motivate, and guide distributors to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals. /liliMonitor distributor performance, providing feedback, and ensuring they meet sales targets. /li /ulpstrongBusiness Development: /strong /pulliGenerate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the life sciences sector. /liliIdentify key decision-makers and understand their sourcing and purchasing needs. /liliDevelop sales strategies tailored to the UK market, ensuring the growth of the business through distributors. /liliConduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps. /li /ulpstrongSales and Financial Analysis: /strong /pulliPerform financial analysis, including program costing and quoting, in collaboration with the technical team. /liliExplain product pricing and cost structures to distributors and customers. /liliDevelop and submit accurate quotations while following up to close deals. /li /ulpstrongCollaboration and Reporting: /strong /pulliWork closely with the marketing, technical, and product management teams to ensure customer needs are met. /liliPrepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions. /liliEnsure timely and effective communication of all customer requirements and market insights to internal teams. /li /ulpbrstronguJob Qualifications,Skills and Attitudes: /u /strong /pulliUniversity degree or above, major in engineering, life sciences, or business-related disciplines. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in life science sales, specifically managing distributors and engaging with end customers. /liliProven track record of managing and developing distributor networks in the life sciences sector. /liliStrong experience in generating new business and expanding market share. /liliAbility to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliDetail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach. /liliStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with distributors and clients. /liliExperience in forecasting, budgeting, and driving sales performance. /liliStrong personality with the ability to influence and lead teams in a complex organization. /liliFluent knowledge of German and English languages. /liliWillingness to travel frequently (50% approx). /li /ulpemWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
