About Wiseasy

Wiseasy is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. As a rapidly growing global company, we are looking for candidates who are open-minded, self-directed, resourceful, and dedicated to making a positive impact on our business. This role is to be based in either Europe or United Kingdom.


Responsibilities

* Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.
* Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (EU or UK region) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
* Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.
* Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
* Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery / backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.
* Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales and R&D team (in China) to provide support for local clients.
* Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.


Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
* Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
* Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS / payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Open-minded with a positive working attitude, capable of multitasking.
* Independent, proactive, taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
* Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).
* The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
* Travelling may be required.
