You are visible, your talents are valued, and you are empowered to shape the future of payments. /p pAs a Senior New Business Developer- Banking Payments Italy, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem! /p pThe purpose of the Senior New Business Developer- Banking Payments role is: Responsible for prospecting and selling ACI Banking Payments solutions. You will develop a plan and manage the process of bringing the identified sales opportunities to a successful close. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, strong business development skills, and the ability to create opportunities from the ground up. The Senior New Business Developer owns quota attainment for net-new logos within the territory and reports to the geographic leader. /p pThis individual must deeply understand customer needs, activate cross-functional ACI resources (including Strategic Product Consultants, Customer Solution Specialists, and Breakout Deal Developers), and position ACI’s value proposition effectively to close deals. Expertise in selling enterprise payment solutions—is essential. /p pA typical day at ACI for a Senior New Business Developer is: /p ul liIdentifies opportunities within the Banking Payments /li liEstablishes ACI’s overall relationship with prospective customers, with emphasis on developing and maintaining effective relationships with key decision makers. /li liStrategically partner with both business and technical teams internally and externally to identify technology solutions. /li liAccountable for establishing sales strategies and mobilizing the appropriate ACI resources to close the opportunity. /li liManage all administrative aspects of the assignment including, but not limited to account profiles, sales pipeline records, prospective customer organization charts, consistent with ACI’s best sales practices. /li liStay current on ACI products/enhancements, competitive activities and industry trends. /li liPerform other duties as assigned /li liUnderstand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: /h3 ul liBachelors degree or equivalent work experience /li li5+ years’ experience in Banking Payments solution selling. /li liExcellent communication skills both written and verbal /li liStrong collaboration experience with both internal and external stakeholders. /li liAbility to meet and exceed targets. /li liStrong personal motivation and ability to work in a dynamic team. /li /ul h3Core Capabilities: /h3 ul liEnsure Accountability: holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. /li liDrives Results: consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. /li liCustomer Focus: building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions. /li liCultivate Innovation: creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful. /li liCollaborates: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others. /li liCourage: stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said. /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 pIn return for your expertise, we offer growth, opportunities, and a competitive compensation and benefits package in a casual work environment. /p pAre you ready to help us transform the world of electronic payments?
