Living has expanded, opening new markets in Italy and Germany. We are looking for a Head od Sales B2B Italy, based in Milan, who will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with institutional clients, including universities, student agencies, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders. The role will be instrumental in establishing the company’s commercial presence in Italy from the ground up, with the objective of maximizing occupancy across the portfolio and supporting the company's growth strategy.
Support market, destination, and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities. Negotiate accommodation agreements, including room blocks, pricing structures, and commercial terms. Support the development and execution of the company’s commercial and expansion strategy in Italy.
B2B Account Management Contract & Booking Management Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives. Support the implementation of commercial agreements and occupancy-driving campaigns across the portfolio.
Share market intelligence and client feedback to support pricing, revenue optimization, and operational decision-making. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, partnerships, or commercial roles. Proven track record of developing commercial relationships and generating business through institutional and B2B partnerships.
