A successful Sales Manager Italia should have: - Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline. - 5-10 years of experience in sales roles within the FMCG / Mass Market environment in Italy, preferably in Health & Beauty or related categories. - Proven and consolidated knowledge of the Italian retail trade and its dynamics. - Experience in working with distributors is a plus - Excellent commercial acumen and strong P&L understanding. - Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated approach. - Strong leadership, team player with interpersonal skills. - Willingness to challenge the status quo and take ownership. - Strong presentation and negotiation level.
