Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
