How will you make a difference
1. Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
2. Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
3. Lead Sales Initiatives - Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
4. Innovate with New Offerings - Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
5. Contribute to Bids - Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
6. Local Leadership - Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
7. Achieve Performance Goals - Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
8. Develop Strategic Plans - Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
9. Manage Pipelines - Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.
What will you bring
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field,
2. Familiarity with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, PED.
3. Proven experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a B2B environment.
4. Experience working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions.
5. Track record of developing contract values with large accounts through consistent growth.
6. Experience in delivering proposals to senior audiences.
7. Knowledge of managing quotations, bids, proposals, and pricing strategies.
8. Knowledge of the business assurance sector is advantageous but not essential.
