Set up and launch company accounts on major online marketplaces
Manage day-to-day marketplace account operations
Upload, organize, and update product catalogues
Coordinate and improve product images and listings
Handle customer cases and account-related issues
Monitor payments and account performance
Manage shipments and logistics-related marketplace activities
Plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplaces
Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with company standards
Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace account
Knowledge of major online marketplaces
Experience managing product catalogues, images, and listings
Ability to monitor shipments, and customer cases effectively
Good understanding of marketplace advertising tools
Fluent English is mandatory
Strong Excel skills are mandatory
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and xivgfpx manage multiple tasks
