Who we are looking for?
We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Property Marketing Manager to support our Research & Marketing team.
The ideal joiner has:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing & digital communication or related field;
* 5 to 6 years of related work experience;
* Expert-level in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Onedrive, Sharepoint) and excellent in PowerPoint;
* Italian language knowledge is a must to have; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1).

What you will be responsible for?
* Defining the marketing strategy to maximise the effectiveness of leasing activities;
* Presenting the marketing plan to the Client for approval;
* Scouting and selecting external agencies to carry out the identified activities;
* Coordination of agencies in the execution of activities in accordance with the needs of the client, the leasing team and the co-agent, if present;
* Co-creation of identified marketing collateral (e.g. brand identity, brochures, website, signage, videos, banners, digital advertising, newsletters, DEM, etc.);
* Developing marketing plan for specific business lines or services;
* Reporting.
Other possible activities in synergy with EMEA Bid Team based in London:
* Project management;
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization;
* Organising team workflows in the context of the tender;
* Identifying the Client’s needs;
* Defining sales strategy and storytelling; advise team;
* Co-create necessary collaterals (tender documents, videos, etc.), write texts;
* Coordinating the team (particularly the design team) for implementation;
* Preparing the team for the tender presentation;
* Create the presentation document;
* Debriefing;
* Reporting (tracking bids, expected pipeline, W/L and reasons why).
